White Zerker Mission 6 Mini Side Mission

Zannie and Edward were walking down the halls of Merlots castle, towards Missy's temporary daycare.

"I can't wait to play with the kids." Zannie said with a smile.

"Yea, me too; I just hope they don't pull my antenna." Edward replied with a smile of his own.

"I'm sure they won't." Zannie said with a giggle as the two walked into Missy's daycare. "Hello Missy!" Zannie said with a wave, "We heard you need help."

The Blissy turned around to see the two new rescuers, her eyes had bags under them and she looked like she was about to pass out, "Hello dear, can I help you with anything?"

Zannie shook her head, "Nope, we need nothing from you." She said with a grin, unaware of how she said that.

"We're actually here to help you. The guild leaders said you need some help with the kids." Edward added.

"Oh that's great; please keep an eye on them until I get back. I need to get some sleep." Missy said before darting out of the room.

"Soooo what do we do?" Edward asked assuming Zannie was still next but she was already gone, playing with the kids.

"Hello." Zannie said with a grin to the kids who were playing with the blocks. "I'm Zannie."

"Hi Zannie." The kids replied.

"Wanna play with us?" A geodude asked.

Zannie grinned, "Yes. My partner and I are watching you since Missy needs to do stuff."

"Cool, you look like fun." The geodude said with a laugh.

As Zannie and a few of the kids started to play Edward floated around the room to keep an eye on the other kids. Everything seemed to be okay and he just assumed that Missy had bags under her eyes because of how hard she's been working lately. All of a sudden a loud crying startled Edward. A little Zigzagoon was crying for some reason.

"Are you okay? You're not hurt are you?" Edward asked the crying kid but to no avail the kid would not stop crying and answer him.

Zannie heard the crying and turned towards them, "What's wrong Edward?" She asked.

"I don't know, but keep playing with the others, I'll try to fix this." Edward said.

"Okay but let me know if you need help." Zannie said before going back to playing with the kids.

Edward asked the kid several questions to find out what was wrong but to no avail, he tried seeing if the kid was hungry or thirsty but that didn't help either. Anytime he asked the Zigzagoon anything he would only get a reply full of blubbering and crying. After a few minutes with no idea how to fix this he decided it would be best to ask Zannie for some help.

Edward turned towards Zannie and asked, "Hey Zannie can you come over here and help? I can't figure out what's wrong."

"Sure." Zannie said before turning back to the kids, "Okay play nice and I'll be right back." And with that she stood up and started to walk over towards Edward and the Zigzagoon.

Just before she arrived at the two she stepped on the end of her scarf and tripping. She landed right in front of the Zigzagoon. "Owwwwww." She said as she picked herself up.

The Zigzagoon stopped crying and started to laugh a little.

"Zannie he's laughing now." Edward said, shocked that the kid was laughing.

"Good." Zannie said with her usual grin again before looking down at the little Zigzagoon. "So what was wrong?"

The Zigzagoon was still giggling, "I missed Missy, and I've never been away from her for so long."

"We'll Edward and I are here to keep an eye on you until she comes back." Zannie said with a grin.

"How long until she comes back?" The Zigzagoon asked.

Zannie and Edward shrugged, "No idea." The teammates said.

"How about you tell us your name?" Edward asked.

"I'm Kevin." The Zigzagoon answered.

"Nice to meet you Kevin." Zannie said with a smile as she held her new friend. "Let's play with the other kids until Missy comes back."

"Okay." Kevin said, "Is Edward going to play too?"


"Sure, I'll play too." Edward said as the trio headed towards the rest of the kids.

Zannie, Edward, Kevin and the other kids played for a couple of hours before Missy came back. Zannie and Edward said their goodbyes to the kids and mostly Kevin. Through this mission they made a new young friend. Their first mission was well accomplished.
