Sing 
~ Like any other Jigglypuff, Yuu will sing the song which're similar to brain waves of those whose in a deep sleep. Yuu mostly uses this move when necessary, sometimes to the kids in the village as per request by their parents.
Disable ~ Yuu will point his Hand at the Target and immediately said " Restraint ". Glowing Black chains surrounds the target, even from afar, and binds them for as long until Yuu says, " Release " The Attack never misses.
Wild Charge 
~ Yuu will charge up all his energy (which was a lot similar to Shun's Psyshock) as a light blue spark surrounds his entire body. Once charged up, he unleash the attack onto the target. He did this move mostly when he was annoyed or embarrassed .
Strength ~ Since Yuu's pretty much a small puff ball, he uses this move often to help him carrying heavy things here and there and also to help him with his Cooking at times. Basically the Jigglypuff carries things heavier than himself. At times when he's both annoyed and embarrassed, he'll punch the person who made him as it is in a comedic way.
Personality :
Yuu was quiet most of the time. He's often seen with an Emotionless Expression when he talks to others, Cooking and pretty much everywhere he goes. Yuu can be untruthful towards his own feelings like a compliment, he just shrugs it off but in truth he's happy and when given a gift, he'll reject it but in truth he appreciates it which makes him a well known Tsundere in the village.
When someone teases him (notably, Shun) about his real feelings towards a gesture or a compliment,etc, he's get embarrassed easily and will either chase them around angrily flustered or shock or punch them away, depending on his mood and what the subject is.
Yuu has a fond-ness/talent for Cooking delicious meals and Baking Baked goods ever since childhood. He'll get attached to new recipes and the like with Foods that he have never met before. The Jigglypuff also prefers to float rather than walk.
History:
Yuu was born into a Family of the finest Actors in the Village but unlike his siblings, his interest goes into Culinary Cooking and Baking.
Yuu was treated differently for as he was different from other members of his Family entirely with his personality, expression and the Black tip of his ears. Often isolated from the other kids of his age, he often plays by his self until one day when he met the similar Shun one afternoon also, all by herself.
He was her only Friend at the time when she was viewed as a threat to the Village society. They share a close 'Brotherly' Bond and their Sibling friendship grew into their adulthood. When Shun was not tending to the Weeds, he's always seen with her. It was by visiting Shun's Family and helping out with the harvests, does he found his passion in Culinary.
After the Friends saved the Head Village Chief's Young Daughter from the falling Tree, they were accepted by the villagers but due to past traumas, they still fears being bullied again.
Yuu works at both a Meal Restaurant and a Bakery and was the top cook and baker in both Shops of the Village.
