After a Few hours of preparation, although he doesn't want to, Mike now sat on a flat-ish decorated cushion on a small stage filled with herbs and spices in the air and on the Cloth covering the stage. He was dressed with Traditional robes and bracelets, rings and cloth.

Mike felt sadden and irritated so he looked down when the Clan leaders present their Daughters. Merinda gestured for mike to look up after the end of the last leader's speech about his daughter.

The Daughters all looked down as they went to the place to present them towards Mike. Mike saw their expressions as sullen and depressed as he was. Guess they were forced into the arranged marriage like him as well. One of them, as he read their minds, accidentally, said that she can never be together with the one she loved.

Oh how similar Mike is to them, forced into matrimony so quickly. Forced to be separated from the one they Truly loved.

When Merinda read a medium sized scroll for the stating of the Law, the Entance door to the Ceremony Room was breached!
